The couple, who said "I do" at proud pop Lionel Richie's LA estate on December 11, dug into a custom-made creation from Cake Opera Co., the upscale Toronto bakery confirms to In Touch. "Nicole enjoys the hand-sculpted, unique design of the cakes," an insider says of the bride, who flew Cake Opera Co.'s artist Alexandria Pellegrino and pastry chef Jessica Smith to the west coast to bake the couple's sweet treat. "It was a hit with the newlyweds and guests!"

Tonight on 'Sarah Palin's Alaska' (Sun., 9PM ET on TLC), Sarah and Piper served up some dishes at a local diner.But first, Sarah headed to the great outdoors, accompanied by the extended Palin clan. While standing in the wilderness, Sarah said it was great to escape the media "idiots" who don't like her family. Which was a little odd, considering that she was still surrounded by the media -- that is, by the camera crews who are filming her family for a reality TV show.
Next, Sarah made treats for the kids. "Where are the s'mores ingredients?" she asked. She added that she was making the s'mores in "honor" of Michelle Obama, " ... who said the other day that we should not have dessert." Presumably, this was meant as another attack on Ms. Obama's campaign against childhood obesity.

Since television first became available to Americans (circa 1947), people have been able to relax in the comfort of their own homes to watch a variety of programs - sitcoms, soap operas, sports, made-for-TV movies, variety shows, dramas, talk shows, games shows, reality shows ... well, you get the picture.The one thing all of these programs have in common? Ugh! Commercials. But wait, hold the phone. Some aren't so bad and actually quite often serve a purpose. They use creative concepts to grab our attention, all while telling us why we should buy their car insurance, apply for their credit cards or watch their upcoming movies. Some commercials actually give us some comedy relief to go with our head cold or heartburn.
We looked back over the year and chose our 10 favorite TV commercials for 2010. See if you agree, then let us know which ones we missed!

The powers-that-be at ABC were smart/cruel enough to include a brief questionnaire with each of the 30 Bachelor contestants' information when they released their identities this week, and boy oh boy, is the information enlightening! And entertaining. Enlightertaining, I think is the word. Yes that's totally the word that I am thinking of because of how it exists. And no, they did not ask the women about their political affiliations, or their thoughts about how the public school system is failing our youth, or whether they have any history of sex changes. Weird, I know! Instead they asked them what they would take on a desert island, what their most embarrassing dating moments were, and how they feel about "romance." ("Just the essentials, ma'am. Just the essentials.")
Here are all the surveys (plus photos of all the ladiezzzz) if you're a "qualitative data" sort of Bachelor research analyst. But I took the liberty of sending the data back to the lab, and thought it my duty to present my findings to the group. I think you, my Bachelor colleagues, will find them highly enlightertaining:
