What better way to introduce a health segment than with a poopy joke? After a report on the recent riots in London over tuition hikes, 'CNN Newsroom' (1PM ET on CNN) makes an incredibly bad segue into a story on a man's battle with inflammatory bowel disease by airing -- wait for it -- the infamous diarrhea scene from 'Dumb and Dumber.'
