'The Good Wife' Fan Columnist: Politics? Not as Usual

the-good-wife-450-300.jpgHow ironic that on Tuesday, Nov. 2 -- when we'd normally expect a new episode of The Good Wife -- we'll instead be viewing election results from across the country. Ironic because the show being widely acclaimed in the media as the best drama on network television is also the most political show on network television.

Politics aside, The Good Wife has a lot going for it. A stellar cast, to start with. Really, could Julianna Margulies be any more beautiful or compelling as Alicia? Could anyone else pull off the mysterious Kalinda like new star Archie Panjabi? Then there are the twisty but realistic court cases, the inter-office backstabbing, and of course the Will-Alicia-Peter triangle.
